At AIJCC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, charging cables, cases, and protective materials included.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been damaged by misuse, accident, modification, improper care, or unauthorized repair.
- Items with missing accessories, packaging, or product components.
- Final sale, clearance, or promotional items marked as non-returnable.
- Gift cards or digital products.
How to Start a Return

Please do not send your item back without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or the wrong item was received. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Contact@jcelighting.com] with your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and a brief description. We will help resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order before it has shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled as a return after delivery.
Exchanges
We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a replacement item is to return the eligible item and place a new order.
